PaperArtsy Party Time Girl!

 
Tonight I have a new project over at PaperArtsy to share with you. We are starting month 2 of my tag wrap face inspiration. I do hope you will hop over and take a look.     I really like this girl. the shape of her face an hair is a little different and quite distinct. I wonder what next months girl will be?
