Back with another face for the 29 Faces challenge. This one is all in Fresco paints, with no sketch to start with. I also worked in a ledger journal which isn't something I do very often and after yesterday's almost disaster, I was a bit nervous about this second attempt. But this one worked much better.
She's lovely - so soft and kind... gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteHappy PPF :)
The face is beautiful, soft, and merges so well with the delicate colours. Valerie
ReplyDeleteSuch a delicate pretty face...well done!

She turned out beautiful! I rarely sketch, I'm a poor drawer!
ReplyDeleteIt is always hard to face a painting after you have had one go wrong but you would never know it from this... it is lovely... I especially like the way you have tackled the hair...xx
ReplyDeleteI really like your stylized painting style. Happy PPF and Blessings!
ReplyDeleteSo soft. I'm not sure I could paint without sketch lines.
ReplyDeleteI'm in awe of anyone who can paint faces and you certainly can.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so delicate and innocent.
Happy PPF

yesterday was by no means a disaster! Glad you tried with just the Fresco paints again. This one is fab. Love how it is 'softer' than some of the other images. The mouth is especially good.
ReplyDeleteOh, she is so sweet. I think this was a successful attempt. I look forward to seeing more of your faces. Thank you for visiting today.
ReplyDeletesuch a soft look.... Love her!
