Matchbox Crafting

Enjoy a day crafting with my pal Louise yesterday. It was great fun! We decided to have a go at altering a matchbox and here is what I made.

I used some Ellen Vargo stamps to create some background papers and even used some silver leaf to add a shimmer. In the end I got out my sewing machine to make the padded silver heart and created a border around my matchbox cover.

I am going to share my project over at Moo Mania and More with their theme 'metal'.

  3. It has turned out amazing. I soo like the colour scheme and the way you have finished off the front, but the crowning part has to be the hanging heart.
Thanks for a great day yesterday x
