An Alpha...

Trinchie. My first Trinchie (3" x 3") I have decided to join in with the Craft Barn Alpha challenge but didn't want to alter a dictionary so going to make a set of trinchies instead. The first letter was V and so after a flick through the dictionary I found the word Vermilion! Perfect so out came the correctly coloured stash:

And here is my finished Trinchie. I used both card and some canvas. I also added some glass bead gel medium inside those circles by Dylusions.

  8. A great take on the challenge - I'll look forward to seeing your entries over the weeks. Funnily enough I thought of vermilion (for about half a second)as in the red dot Indian women wear on their foreheads but I couldn't quite make it work on an AJ page. I like what you've done though.

  13. wow, this is a challenge in itself, using just one colour on a page.
Are you going to make the whole dictionary like this?

  16. A trinichie! That's one i haven't tried. I assume it is 3 inch square? (mental note to try one in June!)
Love your design and colour scheme. Your stamps are great and the shine adds detail in just the right places.
