I haven't done much crafting the last few days but I have been reading Brave Intuitive Painting by Flora Bowley. Here is what I started with, an abstract background and then I looked for images within this to complete my composition. I worked on a large sheet (20" x16") of heavy weight watercolour paper, Flora recommends working large scale and that is the biggest sheet of paper I had. To be even braver, I need to work onto a large canvas so will be going shopping next!
You have very much captured Flora's style and the results are beautiful Clare. Annette x

Great colour palette and fabulous painting. I find this kind of work hard to do myself (difficult to let go of outcomes in the middle!) so yours is very inspiring.
