One Little Word # April

My art work this month was not only inspired by this month's OLW challenge with the theme 'adventure' but also by the current Mix it Up Monthly challenge with prompts of 'maps' and a colour scheme.

This unseen women is striding off on an unknown adventure. I worked on the back of a watercolour postcard, used a map from a vintage book about Somerset in the UK, a range of Fresco paints and stamps by PaperArtsy, a handful of coloured pencils plus a few touches of Coral and Apricot Promarkers.
